Licensed and regulated by the New Jersey Division of Consumer Affairs (DCA). New Jersey requires Home Improvement Contractor registration for work over $500 (N.J.S.A. 56:8-136 et seq.). Requires $500,000 liability insurance. Registration numbers use 13VH prefix. Transitioning to full licensure under P.L. 2023, c. 237.
